Ingredients
- Minced pork 200 g
- Pork or Collagen casing 20 cm.
- Kaffir lime leaf 1
- Coriander 1 tbsp.
- Spring onion 1 tbsp
Chili Paste
- Dried chili 2
- Garlic 1.5 tbsp.
- Shallot 3 tbsp.
- Galangal 1 tsp.
- Lemongrass 1 tbsp.
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Shrimp paste/Salt 1 tsp.
How to cook
- Mix pork, chili paste, Kaffir lime leaves, coriander, spring onion together.
- Stuff in pork casing then grill with medium heat until it skin turn dark brown and it ready to eat.
