Chili Pork Sausage – SAI OUA

A famous Northern Thai dish

Time : 30 minutes


Ingredients

  • Minced pork 200 g
  • Pork or Collagen casing 20 cm.
  • Kaffir lime leaf 1
  • Coriander 1 tbsp.
  • Spring onion 1 tbsp

Chili Paste

  • Dried chili 2
  • Garlic 1.5 tbsp.
  • Shallot 3 tbsp.
  • Galangal 1 tsp.
  • Lemongrass 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Shrimp paste/Salt 1 tsp.

How to cook

  1. Mix pork, chili paste, Kaffir lime leaves, coriander, spring onion together.
  2. Stuff in pork casing then grill with medium heat until it skin turn dark brown and it ready to eat.
