- Salt a pinch
- Spring onion 1 tsp.
How to cook
- Grill big green chili, shallot, garlic until its skin turn black.
- Peel its skin and put in a mortar.
- Pound it all together then put in bowl sprinkle on the top with spring onion and it ready to eat with boiled vegetables
