A Northern Thai dish

Yield : 2 serves

Time : 10 minutes


  • Big green chili 2
  • Shallot 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic 2
  • Salt a pinch
  • Spring onion 1 tsp.

How to cook

  1. Grill big green chili, shallot, garlic until its skin turn black.
  2. Peel its skin and put in a mortar.
  3. Pound it all together then put in bowl sprinkle on the top with spring onion and it ready to eat with boiled vegetables
