A Northern Thai dish

Ingredients

  • Pork 80 g
  • Glass noodle 30 g
  • Kaffir lime leaf 4
  • Coriander 1 tbsp.
  • Spring onion 1 tbsp.
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Vegetable oil 2 tsp.
  • Fish sauce 1/2 tsp.
  • Banana leaf 4
  • Small bamboo pin 2

Chili Paste

  • Dried chili 1
  • Garlic 2 tbsp.
  • Shallot 4 tbsp.
  • Galangal 2 tsp.
  • Lemongrass 2 tsp.
  • Turmeric 2 tsp.
  • Shrimp paste 2 tsp.

How to cook

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Wrap with banana leaf and stick it with bamboo pin.
  3. Steam it with medium to high heat for 20 mins and it ready to eat.
